Congratulations on choosing Tefi Designs to create memorable jewelry for your special day! Tefi Designs has over 10 years of experience creating and customizing jewelry. If you are interested in requesting a custom order, please read the following:

• These terms and conditions must be agreed upon before the custom order can be finalized.
• Custom orders are not returnable.
• There is a 30% deposit required. This will be applied toward the final total cost of the order. Should the order be canceled once the process has begun, a 30% fee (the deposit) will be incurred to pay for the time and materials purchased.
• All items are guaranteed by Tefi Designs. Should any piece require repair due to a faulty part, there will be no charge for the repair or shipping & handling. Repairs that fall outside the scope of a faulty part can also be made for the cost of materials plus a charge for labor. This is determined at the discretion of Tefi Designs.
• Tefi Designs cannot be held responsible for pieces that are lost or broken by their owners.
• Tefi Designs cannot guarantee that your custom order request will be accepted if Tefi currently has a large volume of orders already in queue.
