How can I pay?
Tefi Designs accepts all major credit cards via PayPal at both Etsy shops: Tefi Designs and Fiddleheads by Tefi. PayPal and Etsy are verified secure sites. Please contact us if you have any questions about payment.
What about shipping and handling?
Tefi Designs boasts very low shipping and handling costs. This is because Tefi Designs ships First Class U.S. mail, which does not offer a tracking number nor include insurance. Mail upgrades are available upon request, for an additional charge.
How long will it be until my order ships?
Depending on the availability of your item and whether any custom adjustments are made, your piece will be shipped within 3-5 days after payment is received.
What about insurance?
Because Tefi Designs keeps s/h fees as low as possible, you have the option of purchasing insurance at an additional charge. Please contact me before completing your purchase.
Will Tefi Designs resize items so that they will fit correctly?
Tefi Designs will resize an item, if possible, by adding silver-plated chain for an additional charge. If chain cannot be used to lengthen a piece, an additional labor fee will be added to redo the entire piece.
Are the photos on the web site good representations of what the actual pieces will look like?
In a word, no. Photographs do not do justice to Stephanie's beautiful and unique work. However, Tefi Designs does its absolute best to edit the photos so that they represent the true color of each piece as accurately as possible. Due to variations between monitors, colors may appear slightly different in person than on the web site.
What is Tefi Designs' return policy?
Items must be returned within 30 days, and must be in the condition in which they were originally sent. Please contact Tefi Designs before returning a piece. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
What about repairs?
All items are guaranteed by Tefi Designs for up to six (6) months after purchase. Should a piece require repair due to a faulty part, there will be no chanrge for the repair. Repairs that fall outside this scope can also be made for an additional charge. This is determined at the discretion of Tefi Designs. Tefi Designs cannot be held responsible for pieces that are lost or broken by their owners, and will not be covered for free repair.
But wait. What about repairing some jewelry I have that isn't a Tefi Designs creation?
Nope, sorry. Tefi Designs is not a repair shop.

Customers are advised to keep Tefi Designs' pieces and all other jewelry out of the reach of small children. Tefi Designs is intended to be worn by adults only (unless otherwise stated). Tefi Designs is not responsible should an accident occur due to negligence, wear-and-tear, or faulty parts.
